What is It About?
You will be train to lose weight and gain a fit and tone body. Workouts consist of a 3-minute circuit as a Muay Thai fighter & Boxer or a top Athlete. Each 3minute round consists of variety of exercise drills. You will have a 1-minute break or less between each round. The workout will be 45 minutes long. We focus on cardio, endurance, flexibility and this is very effective for weight loss and for best-fit body toning for the individuals. Improve your health and have a higher stamina. We won’t kill you while you work out, we promise!
